Ascension Choir The Adult Choir both enhances and supports the song of the assembly. Choral repertoire in a variety of styles (from classical to contemporary) is prepared and sung throughout the year. This choir sings at the 11 a.m. Mass on all but the first Sunday of each month. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. The choir is open to all singers, high school age and older. This choir currently has 58 members. Ascension Choir Schedule 2011-2012 Ascension Schola This choir sings at the 9 a.m. Mass on the second and fourth Sundays of each month (September through May). Rehearsals are held on three Tuesday evenings each month from 7:30-9:00 p.m. This choir was formed for those who like to sing but are unable to commit to a weekly rehearsal or Mass. This choir currently has 45 members. Schola Schedule 2011 - 2012 Ascension Choristers Open to all children of our parish in grades 3-8. The children generally sing on the first Sunday of each month (October-June) at the 9 a.m. Mass and the 9 a.m. Children's Focus Mass on the third Sunday of each month (Oct.-March). Rehearsal times are Wednesday afternoons from 3:15-4:00 PM. A snack is served at 3:05 PM before the start of rehearsal.
