Letter Writing Campaign
Participants are asked to share why we are going to Appalachia with the surrounding community. We send out letters to local businesses and friends that would be willing to donate financially or in-kind to help support our trip.
Stock Sales
Participants on ASP sell “stock” in our program to allow parishioners to invest in our teens. The return on that investment is priceless as you hear the stories of returning ASPers.
Lamb Cakes
Cute and delicious lamb cakes are prepared just in time for Easter. Teens decorate the cakes in very unique ways! Lamb cakes are sold for $20 a cake and can be picked up from the Ascension Gym on Holy Saturday.
Flower Sale
To help brighten up spring, plants and flowers will be available in May in a multitude of colors and varieties. Orders can be picked up from the Ascension Gym the weekend of Mother's Day.
Bake Sale
Teens bake yummy treats to sell to help support Youth Ministry.
Car Wash
Teens will be in the Parish Center parking lot helping to clean the dirt from your cars! This fun and entertaining event helps us to demonstrate our hard work ethic and leaves you with a shiny car.
For Adults
Any volunteers working with youth in the Archdiocese must complete the following:
